Refund & Returns Policy
At Vee-Care Hera, we prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining hygiene and quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict refund and return policy as outlined below.
1. No refunds on opened or used products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.
2. Returns & refunds for damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures or videos as proof. We will assess the situation and provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on the severity of the issue.
3. Order cancellation policy
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, no cancellation or refund will be issued.
4. Delivery issues & non-delivery
If a package is lost due to a mistake on our part, we will send a replacement or issue a refund after verification. If delivery fails due to incorrect details provided by the customer, we will not issue a refund.
5. Refund processing time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing the correct address and ensuring someone is available to receive the package. We do not offer refunds for failed deliveries due to incorrect details or customer unavailability.
